Hi everyone I’m 1 week post op and I’ve been doing pretty great pain wise. It’s mainly been uncomfortable for me, the last 3 days I’ve managed through the day on just paracetamol and taking codeine just before bed. Today however is a completely different story. My boobs are completely taped full even right over my nipples. I love the size and shape that I can see. Yesterday my incisions were mad itchy I took this as a good sign that they’re healing. Today though they’re so nippy with stabbing pain as if they’re ripping open but of course I can’t see what’s going on for all the tape. It’s making me crazy I think maybe it’s the unknown. I have my post op app on Tuesday and it can’t come soon enough. Has anyone else suffered the same? Is this normal? Or Is she going to take my tape off and tell me I have an infection and my scars are green and gooey ??♀️

Hi Ashleigh, mine felt like that a lot until I went for my post op and had my stitches removed and honestly I’ve felt like a new woman ever since. That tugging, stabbing, itchiness is 99.9% gone now, that feeling was driving me crazy, but after I had the stitches removed I felt like the amount of healing I’d done had at least doubled literally seconds after they were taken out.
