incision /scar/stitches

Hi I’m 2 weeks PO tomorrow and my incisions have been giving me grief. There healing really well and I’m happy with the size of the scar but the one under my left breast is quite painful. Its like a sore pain as if I’m cut but there’s nothing open. On the end of the incision its very dry and either scabbed over or a stitch is still there, this is where I’m feeling uncomfortable. Has anyone else had this? xx

Is there redness on the skin beside the scab/stitch? Maybe give MYA a call and see if you can pop in to see the nurse and have it checked 🙂 xx

No redness its dry and quite itchy around that area which i suppose is,a good sign. xx

Providing it’s not painful or red, hopefully no infection. Just keep an eye on it and ring MYA nurse if you’re worried 🙂 Itchy’s normal healing process I think xx
