Incisions ?

Evening girls just a bit of advice I’m 4 weeks post op now. What’s everyone been putting on there incisions. My nurse told me to put micropore on them for 6 weeks but it hurts taking them off even after iv got them wet. Yesterday I gently peeled them off and my left boob bled so I contacted spire and went to see them and I have a haematoma which is common so it’s draining out and there hardly anything there now. Just wondered what advice you were all given for after care might try that see if I’m better off doing that instead of micropore xx

I got told not to touch mine when shower just wash with water around them and dab clean with a towel and they healed perfect I’m nearly 6 months now x

So you didn’t put anything on them? That’s what iv been doing just using a cotton pad and cleaning them with water but then she said to put this micropore stuff it’s horrible ? x

Nope not a thing I got told not even soap till fully healed just wash around them and dab clean with a fresh clean towel every time x
