Incisions!!

Im 11 days post op and although my nurse said they are healing lovely I still think they look quite awful I don’t expect them to be gone but just wondering if anyone has any pics after about the same amount of post op to me. I was told to stop smoking two weeks before and two weeks after and I have done really well with the odd one now and then I heard it slows down your healing I just hope I haven’t!! thanks girls!! Xxx

I’ve only got a photo of mine 6 days post op just when the part of my strapping got removed. Il take an updated photo tonight.

Everyone else seems to healing so much quicker the nurse was pleased enough so am not to worried some take longer than others and I’m so tiny lol

I’ve got like a long line of lumped skin. The nurse says that’s okay too lol but haven’t seen many photos of girls who have that xx

I was told you can’t smoke 6 weeks after because that’s how long they are healing for….? Xx

Thanks girls!!! I was told 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after just as its meant to slow healing down but some people still do its just pot luck really I think xxx

If you’ve stopped smoking for that long you may as well quit ?? ?

I was such a bad smoker I’ll never go back on them now but if I’ve had a glass of wine or two I’ll have one its just a social thing now

Emily those look really sore! Mine are so small I couldn’t believe it when I saw them , have you tried taking arnica or used the cream? These are mine xxx

This was 2 weeks after just having my stitches out and the second one is now at 4 weeks post op. The dry skin is itching like crazy around my sports bra!! X

Mine aren’t sore at all tbh… I’ve not quite hit my two week post op yet xxx
