Hey girls
I’m 2 days post op and my incisions feel hot/burning today
I dunno if its the bra slightly leaning on them
Is this normal ? I’m sure it is but wanted to check
P.S I’ve had no phonecall from a nurse or my PC since. Op
Hi Hun .yea its all normal i had the burning sensation up till 7 days post op its only today they feel better . Aslong as there is no weird smell or liqud leaking through dressing .ive not heard from my pc since I booked surgery : ( xxx
Morning hun! All totally normal – but if you want some reassurance, just give the nurse a call. Should get a phone call in the next couple of days.. Mine was about day 3/4. Hope you’re feeling ok chicken xx
Bless you heart I can’t believe nobody has even rung to see how your doing x
Thank you both girlies! Thought it was normal, my boobs are like little heat lamps lol!
Did either of you feel more comfy when you were standing/moving about?
Sitting down all stiff is horrid
Now my incisions feel itchy grrr
I will ring the nurse as there looks like a bit of dried blood on the one side
I know Jade, I thought the nurse rung you a day after
x
Itching is a good thing! It means the skin is healing Slight burning or warmth in the breast is normal as everything is streching out, if it gets VERY hot or red/inflamed give the nurse a call. I got no call after either I had to contact them if I needed anything, I think thats just generally how it goes unless you have an amazing pc lol! x
When mine were really hot I used ice packs on them to get some relief .. I generally found it was when I was more active they would swell and I felt like they were burning up. It was only for the first few days tho I had a call off the nurse the day after my op, and a call from my PC 2 days later .. And they both rang the evening before to say good luck! X
Ahhh all normal I had a call from a nurse today girls
She said the dried blood is normal and it’s fine they feel hot haha

Oh glad someone called have they started changing yet? X
