Incisions. Help?!

I bought a new sports bra on Thursday as my Macom was giving me grief. I wore it today and when I took if off I noticed it was covered in what I thought was dry skin, on closer inspection I realised it was scabs. The sports bra has rubbed all the scabs off my incisions, they’re now bright red all over where the scabs have been rubbed off. What shall I do? :/

I’m scared to wear any other sports bra atm. I’m just wearing my macom x

I’ve got 2 Macom bras but my black one is making me really sore for some reason so I got a sports bra to wear instead :/ x

Can you put another dressing on them to protect them from rubbing until they are healed a bit more?

U can buy steri strips off ebay hun. About £2.50 for 10. Just helps keep them protected. I saw a post about them on the boobie bible on here xxx

It might just stop the rubbing. Worth a try anyway. Just check the sizes I think the ones I bought were 6mm by 100mm. I think the thickness stays the same but its the length that can be shorter xxx
