Incisions – HELP!

Hi ladies, I noticed my incisions do not really look very ‘clean’ they are quite dark, I shower every day and have been cleaning them constantly since I’ve had the dressing off.

I had my op on the 23rd June and my dressings were removed 1 week later, the nurse cleaned the incision and put a steri tape over them, I was told I could shower after 24 hours and remove the tape… from what I’ve read on here most girls haven’t had their dressing taken off until about the 2 week mark .

no looking at my scar area its really dark 🙁 I spoke to the nurse and all she said was there’s nothing to worry about…. have any of you ladies experienced the same? xx

I’m sorry I can’t help incision wise as I’ve not had surgery yet! But I must say your boobs look amazing!! You should be very happy! What size did you have and who was your surgeon Hun? Xx

@sophie thank you ? I’m very happy with them I’m in love with them xx I had 375cc HP under the muscle, with Dr G Andrea – he was really nice and honest – I think my boobs are quite swollen, I hope they do not get any smaller ?

@sarah25 I thought the same, defiantly no scab, my skin looks dark ?

@keeno I’d just keep an eye on it Hun and if any changes that your worried about contact nurse again, the nurse told me to eat lots of protein that helps you heal faster xx

@keeno I hope not to Hun, I used a antibacterial spray from boots for the first 4 weeks I just sprayed it on before bed maybe give that a go xx
