Incisions/ scars

Hi I’m 4 months post op now and was so happy with how much my scars were fading but I’ve noticed they have started to get a little itchy again and under right boob have some little bumps over where the scar is ? Do you know what it could be? Do I need to get this seen ? I find it so strange thought they were healing nicely xx

Ide Probably get it checked out by the nurse to be safe
To see what they think it could be because if it was fine before and now it’s gone like that
all of a sudden then its definitely worth having it looked at 💞 I hope everything is okay and that’s it nothing bad xx
