infected scars? what are the signs?

Hi girls, im a bit worried about my scars (im worrying about everything lately!) im 17days post..
but i work up this morning and had some yellow markings on my sports bra from my scar, and all day its been a bit painful, tolerable pain just irritating!
my mom said this is a sign of infection and now im really worried its going to cause major problems 🙁

does anyone have any advice or suggestions? would be so helpful!

Sounds horrid, but does the yellow stuff have a nasty smell to it? If so it’s deffo infected, if not it can be a number of things. It’s best going to see the nurse (doesn’t have to be a MYA nurse) and getting it looked at xx
