Info needed ASAP please

Hi I’ve had my op done now almost 6 weeks ago. But my sister is due hers this Friday. She’s developed a cold almost lost her voice she doesn’t feel unwell she just literally has no voice. Will the surgery still be able to go ahead? Or will it be cancelled thanks in. Advance everyone

Hi, I was supposed to have my surgery mid September and about 10 days before I got a cold. I started to feel better 2 days before but my surgery still had to be cancelled as my nurse said you have to be free from any infection for over a week as you have to be fully fit for the general anaesthetic. So I had to rearrange and I had my surgery 2 days ago. It might be worth your sister contacting her nurse before x
