Information for pre op with nurse

Hi girls do any of you know if the nurse needs any medical information for the pre op?! Blood type allergies etc?? Xxx

They will take bloods, and all medical details on a form which you fill in, maybe write a list of questions too, xx

I didn’t have my bloods taken? didn’t know you needed it either haha so im not sure about that but she asks you all these when you go for you pre-op they also ask you on the day of your surgery about allergies if you’re taking medication etc x

Some surgeons request bloods some dont, mr.schavoni always does x

they’ll need to know your full medical history including allergies. some companies want bloods and others don’t x
