Initial consultation

Hi girls,

I’ve got my patient coordinator tomorrow afternoon, what do I need to bring? I’m looking to apply for finance too!

Hi Maddie, Your meeting with your PC will be just a chat about what you would like done, and they will advise, maybe you will try on some sizers etc 🙂 They can send you the link for the finance whilst you are there and you get the response pretty quickly xx

Do I need to bring anything like bank details or proof of address etc?? Xx

Just photographic ID. I used my drivers Licence. The finance application is very simple and quick to fill-out, they send it to you via email while you are sitting right in front of them. You’ll get a response within seconds.

Nope I didnt take any of that with me, I can think the only reason why taking your bank details is if you know its 100% what you want to go with and want to reserve your date before meeting your surgeon xx oh and make sure you take your photo id, the receptionists need that before you meet the pc to prove you are who you say you are lol xx
