Initial consultation 10p cost?

Sounds very silly but I had my initial consultation today and my patient coordinator said they wouldn’t be taking any money out of my account however noticed they have… Taken 10p? Anyone else have this? X

Hi @danielleblansh I think it’s just for credit checking purposes to see whether your bank account is legit. Tbh I’m not entirely sure why they did this to me as well but the 10p was back in my account the day after!

It’s for the credit check they refund it, it’s basically so they know that if they needed to for cancellations etc they could take money xx

You will get it back xxx
