Insurance for surgery

Has anyone received documents for insurance? My surgery is on Friday and I really want documentation just to make me feel better and a little more in control. I’ve text, emailed and called my PC but she hasn’t got back to me at all. It’s starting to get on my nerves a little because I feel like I’m being ignored.

Hey Hun I saw insurance paper on day of op pretty sure it’s one of the things I had to sign and date but I have no paper copies given to me for before or after they are all kept with your files xx
