Is 340cc big enought :-( HELP !!!

i am to stuck on what size i am also a 34a and have the choice between the 300cc or 340cc i am 5.4 and size 8 i am booked in for 29th and think i can choose on the day but i think imight go for the300cc as i dont want them to look too fake. However your surgeon will tell you if they will look natural or more obvious! i know its such a big decision but dont read to much on sizes as everyone is so different, are u havin over or unders cause unders loose about 15% of the size of implant so if you are 340ccwould make up for the lost amount, good luck with it all xx

Hi Tara, I know I’m probably a bit late to be joining the conversation, but I’m 3 months post op now, I was 32b pre-op, size 6-8, and height 5ft3, Mr Adamo was my surgeon and he initially suggested 380cc to get me to a 32d/dd. But after a while of hearing others and how they said go for the largest implant you’re allowed, I then went back to Mr Adamo and asked for the next size up, 410cc. Fortunately on the day of the op, Mr A, said I could have the 410ccs, and to be honest, I am very very pleased that I chose the bigger ones. I mean 30cc isn’t really much of a difference anyway, except maybe the fullness.

I am now 32e, I do wear 34dd sometimes, BUT thats not the correct size, so really I should be wearing 32e’s all the time!

It depends what you want hun, do you want to have boobs that look quite big or ones that are a little more subtle? I wanted to have the biggest I was allowed, so thats why I went for the 410cc.

i have the exact same prob, im a 8, 5.4 and a sad 32aa (if im honest) i have had 2 kids both breast fed and left with nothing i have been advised unders and 340/380 but dont want to look un natural but also dont want to “wish id gone bigger” this is one confusing desision GOOD LUCK!!!!!!! XXX

i reckon you being an a cup at 340cc would take you to a c cup!! with you not having must breast tissue to start with ! or a d cup!! but only your surgeon can give you the best advice on this!! i had a bity of breast tissue to start with and like i said b4 i was a 34b so ended up a 32e.

but like that person saysa above!! you cant really go on what anybody else had, as everybody id different! for example i have seen boobs where somebody has had a 410cc, and was a 34b but there boobs look smaller than mine???? so really its all to do with breast tissue, stats, shape! all kinds of things!
so just go by what your surgeon says!! best person to speak to! they perform thousands of ops ayear so will have seen so many boobs all shapes and sizes! so wil know XX

If you are not sure whether the breast implants that were suggested you by you surgeon are best for you, maybe you should try a consultation with BioDynamic Breast Analysis. In almost every country there are few clinics chosen that got the programme from the Allergan. I am not going to write more about this how it is working, because you can read a lot about this on the Ethernet.
Generally I would agree with persefona, that since we are different you should better do your own research.
I know a girl that did the operation in Artplastica (Poland / Szczecin). She wanted to go to DD size, but did not want to listen to the surgeon and decided to have exactly the same implants as her friend. As the result of the operation she has a nice breast but C.
It could happen because of the stronger muscle, less glandural tissue, wider chest… there is actually quite a few factors that matter.

LIKE TODAY I WORE A PADDED M&S PUSH UP BRA AND MY BOOBS LOOK BIG, BUT SOME DAYS I WEAR NORMAL BRA, THEY LOOK SMALL! AND WHEN I GO OUT “THER OUT” HE HE HE!!! BUT IF ID HAD ANY BIGGER (WASNT ALLOWED ANYWAY) YOU WOULD HAVE EASILY SEEN THE OUTLINE OF THE IMPLANT, YOU CAN SEE IT SOMETIMES NOW!! THEE NOWT WORSE THAN I BIG OUTLINE OF THE IMPLANT, LOOKS AWFUL!! X

i just spoke to my girlie at mya and asked her to order the 300cc and 340cc in for me she sed the 300cc would be a big natural and although there 40cc difference the amount of size is 1cm bigger outways (if that makes sense) she said the difference between them shouldnt even be a cup size. So i dont know if this helps cause I still cnt decide just thought id let you know! xx

i was a 30 a ,had 380 cc unders an nw a 32 e gt measerd last night, love em to bits i mst say they dnt look big clothed tho , which its a bit upsetting lol!but wen the clothes come off wel!! they r bigggg ha ha ha so i wd say go with the biggest u wan or are offerd ,i was offerd 340 ,380 so glad i gt 380 cz i wdav bin devod with the 340 x

Tara, I think you should speak to Dr Grob. I had the 340’s, but a part of me wanted the 380’s (like u, I was scared of spending so much money and waiting so long and not being happy). She also said she’d decide on the day or actually in the operating theatre. After the op, she said that 340 was the largest she can fit in and if I had 380’s, my skin would have been incredibly stretched and would become really thin which would result in rippling and the implant being seen. Therefore, it really depends on the elasticity of your skin and factors like back size and existing breast tissue.

I am 4 weeks post op, and had 340cc over. I was a 32b (small) before and now measuring a 30F/32E. The size sounds huge, but they only look about a DD.
Im 5.5, size 8-10, and they look just right for my frame. Like you, i didnt want massive boobs, and anything bigger would have made me happy!
I was pushing for a size bigger, sometimes i wish i had gone bigger but then if i did, i would have def been able to see the ouline of the impant. The 340s look natural …although you can push them up to look fake….especially when you get back in to wearing underwire push up bras!

best solution is to come for the consultation personally, but as I did my op in Artplastica in Poland, they also adviced me to try rice test. It’s not stupid because thanks to that I could imagine something and define what I want. They alaso asked me to send some photos of my breast…and after consultation with my future surgeon, one girl, who’s consultant there, wrote me back about doctor’s opinion. I was considering anatomical shape but he recommended round implats

remember that the same implant will give totally different result in your case and in someone else’s case…do not listen to others’ suggestions! , ask an expert (your surgeon), because the last result depends on you natural breast shape

I’m booked for Jan, cant wait. I’ve done the rice test and I’m no sure what I think really. I’m booked with Dr Grob she is new but used to work for the NHS. Good luck not that u’ll need it. Where u having it done? Highgate is fab, it’s lik an hotel xx

mr singh is doing mine i booked in for 29th he also said that he would decide on the day! have you done the water test? you get the cc in ml and try them out lol know it sounds funny, also the rice test but imnot quite sure of the measurments to grams of rice! lol i only tried on the 260cc at my consultation so to go to a 340cc would be quite alot but i think its 150cc for every cup size you want to go up (about). iknow its tough cause i would hate to go through it all them feel i could have gone a bit bigger!to be honest though i think 300cc and 340cc arnt loads different 340cc would just make them a bit fuller when ubooked in? x

if you are an a cup!! stick with the 340cc!! as i didnt have much breast tissue left, after having 2 kids and now ihave really natural nice boobs! that dont even look fake! well i dont think they do anyway!! people havent even noticed ive had them done XX

Dr Grob isn’t sure what to do, she told me she will ned to decide on the day. It’s soo stressful lol, I don’t want to look still but i’ll be gutted if I wait this long and their too small, mind anything is better than what I have. Where u havin urs done to? Who doing them?

I kno this might sound silly but I’ve been told 340cc would make me a 34dd from a 34a, I’m a size ten and 5’4. I’m concerned because no one else with that size impant has gone up so much. I just want 2 get it right been waiting so long to get them done and don’t want to make a mistake.

I have opted for 340cc moderate profile

I felt rushed at my consultation and initially went for 300cc. I didn’t even get to ask how much would be the max that my surgeon would put in.

I’m 5”2 8st11 wearing a 32B bra

What size would I expect to be? Does moderate and high profile affect the sizing significantly?

I am having a combo of over and under muscle

Picture attached was me trying on 300cc under my uniform as that was important to me so I have gone slightly bigger 340cc
