Is it ok to leave bra off for half an hour each day

May sound like a silly question but I’m finding the post surgery bras really uncomfortable, currently sitting with it undone, any advice if it’s ok to do this for a short time each day?? Xx

I would not do it for half an hour. Are you using the macom bras x

I fell asleep without mine on for 8 hours last night. All seems to be OK… ?
