Is it ok to take bra off for a few hours for a few social drinks?

I will be 3 weeks post op and really want to head out for food and a few cocktails. I want to wear a nice top or dress and was wondering if anyone has went braless for just a few hours?

My surgeon told me to wear my sports bra religiously for the full 6 week only taking it off for showers or baths
but I did call my nurse last week to see what she thought about a few hours without she said if the top or dress is tight on the top half and supportive then it shouldn’t be a problem for a couple of hours but to put it back on once I’m done because I have a party to go to next week and I’ll be 3 and a half weeks post op I didn’t really want to be taking it off 😮but what can you do ay if nothing looks right with the sports bra 🤦🏼‍♀️

I have taken off the macom and worn a very bra like sports bra for a couple of nights out at 1 and 2 weeks post op so I could wear nice tops. I have also been braless un the house for the odd hour, but scared to do for much longer.
