Measured under my boobs (pre op) Nd I measure 30inches but if I take big breath in it goes to about 31…….
    Macom sizes r 28-30 or 32 upwards

    Wat do u suggest.
I’m thinking 32 as i will be sleeping in this and all sorts?! Let me know ur experiences.
I usually wear 34b bras but was measured in past as a 32c (find 34 more comfy) xxx

hii hun, im a 38 and bought 36-38, I wish id gotten smaller as I didn’t feel like the macom supported my boobs at all but I think that’s my fault for getting to big (not that I realised lol) I do feel like they aren’t as high as they could be due to that though as was using macom and sportsjock d3 for the first 2 weeks xx

Hey Sophiemarie.. I wear a 32 bra usually so ingot a 32 but I think it could be tighter so I’m ordering a xs.. You can’t adust them at the back onli the front.. It has two vertical rows of front fasteners and mines on the tigheest but I feel it could/should be tighter x

You can try it on with rice boobs!! To give you a idea of the size you’d be after surgery.. For example old thin tights, cut the feet bits off, for 410 cc implants fill them with 410 grams of rice.. And hey presto yav got your own sizers lol x
