Is sleeping on your front gone forever?! :(

Hiya girls,

2 weeks until the big day!

Last night it actually hit me how much I LOVE sleeping on my front and I started thinking how much I’m going to miss it!!! I completely understand why we have to sleep upright for a few weeks but is there anyone who months and/or years down the line sleeps on their front? Or is this option completely out the window when you have implants? I know I can eventually adapt but was just curious.

U will be able to sleep on ur front when ur used to the implants x

I had a BA 10 years ago and I sleep on my front most nights. After a while should be fine. I also do not wear a sports bra every night so don’t panic girls xx

I am nearly 9 weeks post op and slept a couple of hours on my front last night made sure I didn’t put too much weight on my boobs and I was fine x

Ah this makes me happy! Is it better to wear a sports bra as much as possible?! Or just personal preference?

I am nearly 9 weeks post op only wear my pretty bras at weekends. I wear my sports bras for work as my job involves running a lot and defo where them for bed x
