Is there much difference In D & DD?

Hi ladies is there much difference between dd & d?
I really want mine doing but not sure on how the sizing works etc.

The sizing isn’t n cup sizers in cc u an give Ur surgeon an idea on cup size u would hope to achieve, but surgeon will suggest wat will fit n suit Ur frame, u also red to decide what projection u want most ppl have high profile which are narrower but sit further out moderate plus which are wider or ultra high which I think in a big implant achieves motel fthe faker look x decide wether u want natural or fake looking aswell and Ur surgeon will given sizers to try and u pick which u prefer xx
