Is this capsular contraction?

I have pain in my left breast and cannot lay on my left side.

I have attached pictures, I can see that one is higher up than the other, do you think this could mean capsular contraction? Will it get better or worse?

it is the left breast (the one that is sitting lower) that is painful and I am 1 year post op.

I really dont think so thy both look th same to me. Do you have pain in one mor than the other? You could always book a consultation to be checked just to put your mind at ease x

I can’t see much difference between each breast either hun. If I was you I would get it checked out just to put your mind at ease. Good luck xx

Just wanted to say that after yesterday being in pain I am now totally pain free boobs bothe feel fine and could sleep on either side last night.

I think I may have pulled a muscle or somet at the gym you know and now all is fine. So panic over:)
