Is this normal?

So I nearly 4 weeks post op and I feel like most of my ‘boobs’ are sitting near my arm pit and feel like I have too much of a gap between my boobs. I thinking ( hoping) that as my boobs settle more that they will come closer together. Mr kazzazi said at my initial consultation that I have ‘wide breast pocket’. I’m wondering if that has got anything to do with it? Xx

It’s normal for them to sit wide and lateral while your skin and/or muscle is tight, it will start to relax in the coming weeks hopefully! Having a wide pocket dose mean they may sit apart but nothing that can;t be fixed with a good bra 🙂 x

Thanks kaydee, I’ve been worrying myself a little. I’ve even been looking at lateral displacement! I know it’s early days and they are only just starting to go soft xx

Yeah it takes a really long time! It was 6months for me with my overs! Displacement is where the pocket becomes stretched and the implants fall to the side and in to your arm pit, where you have a wide breast pocket you might get similar symptoms but it would be due to the natural shape of your breast rather than a complication x
