Is this normal?

3 days post op. Can’t lift my left arm at all so much pain comes under neath is this normal?

@zarha yes hun its perfectly normal, I couldn’t lift my arms higher than armpit level so using a deodorant was a task! I’m 2 weeks post op and can just about lift my arms up over my head fully but still feel slightly tight, it’ll get better over time just be patient :). Did you get overs or unders? x

I was the same till about day 6, sleeping with my arms supported on cushions either side of me made a hell of a difference hope this helps x

Yeah have been doing that last few days n has made massive
Difference!! But now the pain thing is like a pulsing pain in the top of my boob few mins most mornings :/ and serious back ace all the time. Don’t no if that’s from sleeping up I normally alway sleep on my front:( thank you for your reply xx
