Is this normal? :(

Hi lady’s!
I am 5 dpo and I absulotely love my boobs already and the whole thing has been so much easier than I expected !
The only thing is I feel SO depressed and just keep crying for litteraly no reason! Is this normal?! Surely I should be happy as I love my new boobs! And don’t really have any reason to be sad!? 🙁 x

It’s totaly normal Elle, most people can go through a blue period after any surgery, the anasthetic alone can cause this and takes a while to shift from the system, ive had a few GAs now and not had any issues from the GA it’s self but after a laparoscopy about 6 or 7 years ago i kept bursting into tears for a good few days after for no reason whatsoever, i didn’t get that after my BA GA so it will differ everytime, don’t rush yourself to feel better just get as much rest as you can but stay mobile inbetween and stay thoroughly hydrated, it will pass before you know it, take care and good luck with your recovery xxx

Hi Elle, don’t worry I was like this. I woke up from surgery crying and kept getting upset over the smallest things for a day or so. As Claudine says I think it is something to do with having GA x

Totally normal Hun I’ve have a few ops and been the same after a couple of them it can either be the ya that’s causes it or post op blues as it called that can cause if xx
