Is this normal? Please help

Hi girls. I’m 4 days post op. My one boob feels fine and my other boob isn’t too bad but I keep getting this sharp pulling pain under my book like by where my scar would be I think, it’s like an aching pulling twingey feeling, it happens more when I first get up out of bed or when I have to sit back in bed it happens but sometimes when I just move around it happens as well. This is the only pain im getting though. Is it normal??

Totally normal my left was fine kept getting this in my right. It’s 2 different ops so 2 different healing processes.xx
