Is this normal – post op

Hi girls, I’m 12 dpo and having a sharp pain in my left boob when I move. I had a little look and could see something dark under my dressing. I’ve peeled it back a little and it looks like this. I’m sure I’m just being dramatic and it’s a normal bruise but is this normal?
