Itching like crazy!! ??

I’m 4 days post op and underneath my plasters where my incisions are, are itching so bad I’m jumping around like ants are crawling on me!! And I know it just means they’re healing but does anyone have any tips on how to stop it? Obviously I can’t itch them but they’re driving me crazy I just want to rip the plasters off ??!!xx

Ah I remember this! I use to just lightly rub over them and it sort of relieved it. I was in a sports bra tho so just rubbed on top of the bra and it felt amazing. At least you know they must be healing 🙂 xx

I’m the same the itching is driving me absolutely mad!! Like Ellie said, I’m just rubbing over my sports bra where it itches and then I’m okay? See the nurse today woo!xxx

I’ve been kind of doing that but nothing helps ? I just have like an hour or two where it drives me crazy!! I had my post op appointment tomorrow as well and had to change it to Wednesday! Which is really annoying 🙁 I feel like I want to put ice on them or something haha xxx

Use an ice pack! I’d put it over any itches/aches and it worked a treat!
