Haha I’m also very itchy!! I spoke to someone before who said its normal, no idea why tho. I’ve started applying arnica cream over my boobs on the top and around, not near the plaster thingy. Also wondering when I can start using bio oil as I don’t want to get any stretch marks either! Xx

the “itching” sensation is the skin beginning to repair and knit back together, hence why they tell you not to touch it or put anything on it cream wise as it could get inside the closing wound.
I never applied anything to my scars or anywhere and haven’t had stretch marks and i went up 5 cup sizes xx

Don’t apply anything to them until 6 weeks PO and always check with the Dr first, you can cause an infection by applying anything too early x

Hi ladies i started using bio as soon as i booked my BA which is October. Ill still use if after the op – just not on the scars until 6 weeks post op. Aloe vera gel is meant to be very good and soothing for sore itchy and tight skin! xx

If your worried about getting stretch marks. buy some cocoa butter and apply that, I’ve got myself a big tub from my work at the body shop and have been using it since 2 weeks pre op and will keep on using it(I’m aware I can’t apply it the day before op) it helps skins elasticity so it will prevent them 🙂 x
