Hi, I’m booked in with Mr traynor on the 14th for a lift and implants and was just wondering if anyone can tell me about the journey back the next day as I’ve read a few girls posts saying it was really uncomfortable as the anaesthesia had worn off, I only like an hour away from the hospital so it’s not a massive journey but was just wondering if there’s anything I can do to make the journey that bit more bare able. Thanks in advance 🙂

Hi Rosie I stayed overnight and had an hour and half journey, if you have a onesie wear it and stick a hoodie over it to travel. If you have a v pillow bring that with you. If you’re feeling sick the nurse should give you some tablets, try to eat something, I could face the food I’d ordered but got the munchies at midnight so bad toast and cup of tea sorted me right out. Just get whoevers driving to take it easy and avoid speed bumps 🙂 x

I had a lift and implants….. I had about a 2 hour journey home the next day. I found the journey home ok I just had a pillow for support on my back and just obviously watch the seatbelt as that can be uncomfortable…. Don’t worry about it too much 🙂 xx

Hi huni had a lift with implants and was about 40 min journey. The seatbelt was the worst. Kinda sent vibrations through my boobs! Was like that for a few weeks. Bring a cushion or blanket u can put between u and the seatbelt. Also have some mints handy as they stop u feeling sick xx

    Good luck Hun xx

I haven’t been able to sleep properly the last few night through thinking about it, really worried coz I’m gonna be at the hospital on my own
