Just got my second Macom – Smaller Size …

SooooooOOOooooOOOOOooo pissed off I didnt get an XS to begin with, This is soooo much more secure, holds them in tighter and can tell would have held them in a much better position!! Cant believe I got a Medium thats like two sizes bigger than I should have had! Grrrr ……

I would deffo measure your rib cage pre op girls before ordering so you get the best size xxxx

I think they are big fitting because I’m a 32 bak so ordered a small, my xs came today n it’s perfect 🙂 happy me and happier boobies x

@pinkfly7 , aww thanks ill have to order one,oo love a bit of discount!! everyone seems to have 1. So should i measure around my rib cage or my breasts? i haven’t had surgery yet still currently a 34a what size would you suggest, for after my surgery im hoping to be a D/DD

I would suggest just measuring your rib cage honey (directly under the boobs) and using that measurement, Dont worry about the cup size as this Macom accomodates the bigger bust size xx.
