Hi Girls, just had dressings off, feels so strange!! Got the all clear to shower!!! Bought some sanex, feels weird not having any dressings on! Will take a photo and upload later! Xx

Just put a couple of pics up :0) dressings didn’t hurt but when I stood up with no bra for the first time felt like my implants were going to drop on the floor ha , healing great thankfully! Not much bruising either! Really happy xx
