Just had my op!! Recovering at Droitwich

Yet to start using this properly but had my opp this afternoon with Mr Schiavone in Droitwich and now in bed recovering!! Obviously very early to tell but I am soo happy already I love them! Fingers crossed! If anyone had any questions feel free to message me!

Thank you!! Aw honestly don’t be scared! I wasn’t all until I arrived here and it hit me, it just didn’t seem real! Was supposed to have my op at 11am but it ended up being about 1.30/2, luckily had my mum with me! Are you having yours at Droitwich? My room is so comfortable and the staff are really lovely! Got sky movies on in the background right now!

Not actually sure what size I’ve ended up with I’m seeing him in the morning but I think it will either be 240 or 265cc with possibly a larger implant in one! I’ve also had a mini uplift though. Just had a sneak peak and very happy! Can’t believe they’re mine x

Yes I am in Droitwich tomorrow at 11 with Schavione… I just want it over with to be honest, the waiting is making me feel sick! They seem to keep you waiting for a while what ever time you go in for xx

Yea I know how you feel! Once the waiting in the hospital is aside which feels like forever it’s crazy how it’s suddenly just over and done though! Still can’t believe it – need to sleep haha but I’m too excited! Do you have anyone coming with you? What op/size are you having? I’ll add you xx

Yeah my husband is taking me, and says he wont leave, he wants to camp at the hospital, he is more nervous than me!! lol
I just keep tellling myself Sunday night I will be back in my own bed… even if it is sitting up…. I got myself a V pillow today, as I’ve heard they are a must. I am amazed at how ok you are feeling… thats a great sign! I am gonna be a double D I think…. i keep reading about Boob Greed tho….. I hope I make the right choice in size 🙂 x

Aw! I didn’t think I’d like to be left alone but I’m actually fine. Sent my mum away after 2 hours haha. I’ve got one of those pillows! It arrived this week and I’ve not left it alone they’re amazing! Haha I’m amazed too… Hope I don’t take a drastic turn now, seems a bit too good to be true as I’ve also had a mini uplift so was expecting to be in so much pain. That’s exactly what I’m hoping to be! Haha boob greed.. When laying down I was thinking they’re not that big so really perky, but after standing up and taking a sneak peak they seem pretty big! Guess I’ll have to wait til for the swelling go down to tell though, not even sure what ccs were used yet. DD is definitely a good choice I don’t see how you could regret it 🙂 x

Thank you =) Are you glad you chose the overnight stay? im thinking of just having a day case to make it a bit cheaper hopefully. I’m so excited and havent even had a consultation yet. did you go to your consultation knowing what size you wanted? or did you make up your mind there? x

No worries 🙂 I don’t think I had a choice but to stay over night! Glad though because I wouldn’t like to travel back now anyway plus I live in Wales so abit of a drive. Ooo book your consultation! Um well I had some consultations last March with MYA and Harley Medical and knew I only wanted to be a D/DD back to watch I used to be (lost my boobs, don’t know why) and was gonna go ahead with MYA but decided to think on it and by November I just wanted it more and they’d changed again so I’m glad I waited even tho I do wish I’d got them sorted sooner!! So went back to MYA in November/Dec and saw a different surgeon, (Mr Schiavone) and instantly knew I wanted to have him! I either had to have quite big implants which I really really didn’t want because I don’t think it’d suit me as I’m quite petite and I don’t want them to hang, so opted for a mini uplift and 245 or 265cc implants I think! See what I actually got tomorrow… Atleast they’re up nice and high 😀 so happy.

I didnt have any choice but stay overnight either, but to be honest I think I will feel happier being with nurses for the first night…. I am getting so nervous as the night goes on!
Is the mini uplift the nipple uplift? I am having afull uplift…. I have always been about a DD but lost 2 stone last year, and they have just gone flat and rank…. I just want to be back to what they were but in the right place…. Nice and high!!!!!! hehe

Oh right, iv seen some people saying they chose day case or overnight, maybe its because you had the uplift too.. or the hospital, i dont know lol. Yeah its best you waited at least you had the time to realise its what you definitely wanted. Iv always said i want a boob job but its not until now that iv actualy thought it would be possible! Im thinking i would probs like D/DD aswell, but its so hard to tell cuz the same size can look so different on so many people! Il just have to get a consultation and go from there. Do you choose which surgeon you have it with? Or do they just put you with one and see how you get on with them to start with? X

Yea I would have opted to stay overnight anyway just to be safe! The nurses here are really lovely I’m quite happy in my room right now 😀 aww don’t be nervous! I only did as we arrived here and started to panic but right now I am so comfortable! Though I am drugged up on painkillers haha. So nice to be able to eat again I was starving by 1pm. Yea just cutting the top of the areola and I think taking out some of the breast above. They seem so perky right now! And that’s exactly what my problem is!! I was a D/DD since about 16 and loved them but for some reason they’ve just disappeared and dropped! I’m only 21! Not sure why, I’ve lost about a stone I think but that’s been natural and gradually over the last 2 years and I was only really a size 8, I think the pill may have had some role in it.
So happy I’ve had them fixed, they just didn’t even feel like mine anymore, so disgusting! Eeeeek so soon!! Get some sleep!! I’m sure you’ll be as happy as I am 😀 Best of luck!!! X

Yeaa maybe! Yea Im so glad I waited in a way because they got worse over the following 6 months and at first I was dead set against having an uplift but realise now it’s the best decision! And I wouldn’t have been happy with massive implants on myself. Yea it all depends on what size you are now and what type of look you want! I didn’t want mine to be obvious or a big feature, just back to how they used to be tho I’m sure it may be obvious looking at them now! Oh well 😀 definitely book yourself a consultation with MYA, that confirmed for me I wanted them done more than anything, you can look at pics and try different sizes on. I think they just try you with a surgeon and see how you get on when you meet but you can choose if you like say you wanted a female surgeon! I chose mine after because he’s one of the best for scarring x

Aw best of luck!! Such an early appointment it’ll be over before you know it! I’m still comfy as ever here, my parents have a lot to live up to when I get home! X
