You can only see the start of it but so painful stretches all the way down my rib 🙁

I had them up to my re-op, and don’t have them now. They are painful, but I tried not to lift my arms up to make then worse xx

I went in to see the nurse today as when I spoke to her he wanted to have a look. I do have mondors cord I’m four weeks post op on fri, she told me to try to massage it and if its still there on my 6 weeks check in 2 weeks then ill have to see my surgeon for a check too x

Anti-inflammatories & warm compress is supposed to take it down. Hope it heals soon x
