Kalms

Hey girls … i have a quick question, i have my op on Monday but CANNOT sleep at all on a night, im a very light sleeper anyway but have so many things on my mind atm i just find it impossible to sleep a full night, i went and bought some Kalms natural sleep tablets and i was wondering if im allowed to have them this close to my op ?? x

ur best bet would be to call ur PC or call MYA, i would say first of all, i slept like a log for the first couple of days because of the anesthetic, i woke up for like 20 seconds then conked out again, if they r natural i cant see anything being wrong with it but i would check just to make sure

I asked my nurse this the other day & she said of course however I’m 3 weeks post op so your best bet would be to ring the clinic & ask for the nurse or your pc xx

hi hun, i asked monday, and my op is this coming tuesday and they said no kalms for a week before, anything herbal can disrupt things apparently, very annoying that you cant but apparently they can accomadate you at at the hospital if your anxious xxx

Awww, I feel for you hun, I hardly slept for the whole 2 weeks before! Maybe try a bit of axercise/relaxation/camomile tea? I still couldn’t though – its so exciting/nerve wracking/scary!!!!! But the op is soooo easy hun, nothing to worry about x x x
