Hiya 🙂 I was just wondering if any of u post op girls have children and how easy it was to look after them after the op? I have a 16 week old and a 4 year old and am just worried if I’m going to be able to cope / pick them up etc after the op. nothing’s booked yet, but it’s a big concern of mine! Thank u xx
Hi I had my 1st op in march this year my youngest was 11 months and oldest was 3, I had unders so slower recovery, but I managed fine, my partner went back to work as normal after the weekend (unmeasured had my op on a fri) I worried but it was actually fine, then had my revision 6wk ago also was fine 🙂 xx
Oh that’s really good then.. I’m a big worrier n jz stressing before I’ve even booked anything! I’ll probably need unders too n heard recovery isn’t as quick.. Was thinking of getting my partner to take 2 weeks off then maybe my mum to take a week off when he goes back.. But by the sounds of it, may not need to! Thanks for getting back to me! Yea they bottomef out and got double bubble, I’d do wot u think is best as everyones different, I did risk quite a lot, your not suppose to lift till 6wks I was lifting them within a couple
Of days but I felt ok to do so and didn’t get any pain or discomfort but everyone is different so you just do what you feel is the best for you. Some people have it really easy some people have it really terrible xxx
So did they sort it for u free of charge? Yeah I don’t want to do stuff to soon n prolong the recovery! Thanks for the advice anyway! Oh n pain-wise, which would u say was worse, child birth or ba??!! Just so I have an idea lol xx
Childbirth but 2nd time on 2nd day I did have a brief moment of thinking this is worse than childbirth cause I couldn’t lift my drink to ky face n it was quite painful that night n I got fustrated. But it was fine by next morning xx
