Labiaplasty and hoodectomy with Dr Mounir

Hi, i can only find one review of Dr Mounir on here and was wondering if anyone has had surgery done by him. Does he do both labiaplasty and hoodectomy? Im trying not to travel far as i dont want anyone really knowing and dont want to travel far by myself
