Labiaplasty with or without hoodectomy?

Hi,
I’ve got a surgeon consultation for Labiaplasty soon. I never even considered having a hoodectomy too but think to get desired result, I would need one. As I will have already paid deposit and finance, what happens if the surgeon thinks I need a hoodectomy? Can I just pay a bit more and have it all done at the same time or would it be a completely separate op? Hope someone can help! Thanks x
