Lack of cleavage?

I had my ba 11 days ago and had 420cc partials from a 32A my boobs are quite big now d/dd but I don’t have much of a cleavage does it take time to get one??

Your boobs wont have fluffed yet (sofened) therefore your still very early on…. in the next few months you will see lots of changes and probably get a great cleavage x

My surgeon mr traynor said theres no gurantees of a cleavage and that youl probs need a good push up bra to get one.
