Ladies help please !!

I’m probably being ott but I’m just a tad worried. Last night I was making a cuppa when I knocked the mug over and jolted my arm. I’m now worried incase I’ve damaged something as my implants are under the muscle. However i wasn’t in any pain just felt a pulling sensation. I’m hoping I’m just being over dramatic just really don’t want to damage them I’m so careful with them! Xx
