Large Gap??

I have just been for my consultation with the surgeon and have been advised to go for 250 unders as I haven’t got enough tissue for overs.

However I have also been warned that I might have a really big gap as I currently am really flat chested with some tubular breast and have 6cm gap at the minute.

I’m a little concerned how they might turn out now and was wondering if anyone had any similar situation/ advice for me please?

I can’t advis much as my gap was quite small befor my ba and hasn’t changed but my Sugoen did say that your gap will never change it will always stay the same regardless what size implant abs profile u have however implants can make the gap appear bigger smaller but if u have a 6cm gap now you will have a 6cm gap after aswell Hun hope I’ve helped a lil just wanted to let you know now as my Sugoen also said a lot of woman expect there gap to change and it doesn’t xxx

Hi I had 255cc partials 9 days ago and was also told that your gap doesn’t change. It hasn’t changed mine however the implants do ever so slightly cover the sides of the gap so looks a little better if that makes sense. I was also slightly tuberous.. I think women who are tend to have a bigger gap. Definitely don’t be concerned about it though xx

What part are you measuring to get 6cm? I feel like I have a big gap too x

I was told too that the gap will always be the same as that is your anatomy however having implants makes your existing breasts & chest shape look like you’re looking at them under a microscope. So what you see is the same, just bigger and more defined. I thought it was a good way of explaining it. So what he meant was if a gap is there, it will be the same size but may become more noticeable as everything else around it is enlarged too. Hope this helps (not MYA pt) x

Hey hun I’m 8 months post op and I had a large gap although I didn’t measure it but I could fit my hand between my gap

My surgeon gave me 325cc mod + ( whixh are wider than Hp) unders to help close the gap. I was panicking over this as I really didn’t want hp due to the gap reason. However my boobs were wide to begin with so it’s emphasised it and helped them look natural for me. The projection is fine too it’s not flat at all as some girls have worries about. It’s just not shelf looking.

In time my gap has reduced by a hell of a lot and could fit a pencil not my hand. At my six month post op appointment my surgeon showed me how to sort of squeeze them gently to encourage them to be closer but I didn’t follow this I just continued to sleep with my crop top.

My surgeon said I didn’t need to sleep with it anymore but I feel that it pushes them closer together. The morning after sleeping with my crop top vs no crop top my boobs look gapier without a crop top.

Discuss ur projection options with ur surgeon as this is a key element I feel. Remember they do drop and fluff out and u can always try the continuous crop top sleeping method it’s defo worked for me. Fxx
