Large implants instead of uplift? Over/under

Hi
Just wondering if anyone has had larger implants instead of uplift? How was the result? Did you have them over or under the muscle? If over the muscle do they look odd?

Hi I got mine a year ago as overs and said ” I want boobs that are bigger but so I also can not wear a bra and they are still firm” so I could wear strapless ect n look like I have nice boobs , however a year on with overs and 5k less! I have boobs that are too big and saggy and I hate them , please make sure ur 1000% on what unwant take in photos to surgeon and make sure ur implants are right , while i was in my room waiting to go in my surgeon told me my pc hadn’t written my implant size on any ! Of my paper work and I had no idea of the weight I was getting , so make sure u also remember the size once u pic ! Xx

I was grade 1 for uplift, so basically not bad enough to warrant an uplift but still too droopy for unders. So u had to go over the muscle and had 375cc. Very very happy x
