Large implants through periareilar incision

Hello ladies, i am considering having 585cc or 615cc implants via periareolar incision. I am 34c at the moment and have large areolar. Do you think is it wise to do so and what bra size i could end up with? Any idea?

Hi there Hun I’m having mine done the same way, my surgeon is Italian and he said all women in Italy have them done this way, it supposed to give better results! I’m only having 400cc tho, but I had the option to be cut under boob, through the nipple or arm pit and I chose the nipple bit good luck with ur op Hun xx

Thanks for your reply Nicola. Would you pls share which surgeon you gonna have? When and and where you will be operated. What bra size you wear atm. Cos i was told that crease incision is the best for larger implants but i really want to go for nipple incision.
I have been to london clinic and have a consultation on 3rd of march.
