    Hi girls

Have any of you found you forgot to take certain things to the hospital you wish you had now? I’m gonna be on my own too !! Also anything you wish you had at home for after your op to help recovery and stuff.
I keep thinking I’m forgetting stuff.
I have my V pillow, stocked up on food pain killers and stuff like that… Xxx

    Op is on Tuesday! Xxxxx

    Hi Hannah,

I’ve not had my BA yet but have had surgery before…..I was thinking of taking a straw for drinking my water afterwards….just thinking if my arms are sore then I won’t want to be lifting anything. I have read that flushing the loo is painful!

Silly suggestion but it MIGHT be useful? xx

Hi Hannah, where have you got your V pillow from? Is there one that is recommended over others? Xxx

I have one from Argos, it was only around £7
Also I read a really helpful blog a little while ago and she suggested moving everything you will need in your house down to low level so you don’t have to reach up for food in cupboards or things in the bathroom
    Good luck for Tuesday!

Hi Ella! I drink everything through a straw anyway so luckily I have loads haha! Even my brews! But strange like that ever since I had my teeth done hahaha!! Weirdly prefer it!!

And Terri, I literally buy everything off eBay! Brand new though but it’s always free delivery haha. I think they’re all pretty much the same mine came all packaged in proper orthopaedic packaging etc and I’ve ordered pillow cases that didn’t have a size on either so I think they’re all standard size! Defo worth ordering off eBay as its only ever a day or two delivery and free! I think mine was 6 or 7 pounds too. Xxxxxx
