Hi girls
Not been on here for a while now. I’m over 4months post op now.
Just happened to lie down and wanted to have a look at me boobs, as you do 😉 and noticed it looked a bit odd. One like drops and the other remains quite prominent. The one that stays prominent is also harder compared to the other one.
I posted on my insta page and someone said about lateral displacement?? Just wondering if anyone had experiences with this?!?
Thanks xxx
Hi I’m sorry I don’t know anything about this but maybe call the clinic im sure they have a nurse or someone you could email pic over to even just for peace of mind x
I’m not sure about this either Hun. Did you have overs or unders? I know overs move like natural breasts more so more likely to go sideways when you lie down. Xxx
Hiya I had unders!! It’s just weird that only one seems to do it?! Don’t know if I should be concerned or not xx
Definitely send a pic to the nurse. Maybe that one has just settled more so it has more movement but it’s best to speak to someone to put your mind at rest. Let us know how you get on lovely xx

Hi Mae, i have this issue also, i cant really give you an explanation as i’ve not had one myself yet (i’ve done tons of research so im pretty sure i know my cause but im not a Doctor so to start telling what i’ve learned would be wrong as your situation could be completely different to mine and have a different cause) the only thing i’ve been told is that a couple of stitches could be put in (im pressuming my surgeon meant a Capsulorraphy by this) but due to my other problems i don’t think that will be all that’s required.
I have a follow up in 2 weeks so should know more then, mine was pretty similar to your’s initialy (i’ll post a pic if it will let me)
I was advised to do some exercises to try and help relax the muscle but after 2 days of doing them it got worse and looked like the implant had collapsed so obviously i ceased doing them, i would call your clinic and ask for a follow up with your surgeon to put your mind at rest xxx
Thanks for your replies ladies!
Think I’m going to send the pic over to my clinic and see what they say?!
@giraffequeen so which is the one that would need that? Is it the one that’s moved or the one that stays still?!
I’ve tried massaging the one that is still quite a lot firmer (the one that stays still In the pic) than the other one, but not really done anything?
Xx
@mae14.
Hi Mae, it would be the breast that has moved, extra sutures can be put in to hold it in place and some surgeons reccomend a wired bra for 6 weeks after the procedure, if your massaging make sure your movements are inwards not outwards, really is best if you get advice from your surgeon at this point though as sometimes massage can make it worse, massaging can overstretch the pockets if you allready have failing internal sutures xxx
