Left boob won’t drop. 4 weeks P/O. Advice please.

Hi all,

I had textured 325cc dual plane implants 4 weeks ago now. My right boob has dropped nicely but my left hasn’t changed at all and I’m starting to feel a bit down about it.

I wasn’t told to massage them or anything. I’ve work a band for 4 weeks over my macom.

Will it drop?

Hi, Don’t panic, it’s still really early on and everyone heals at different speeds. I had unders 4 months ago and my right boob Has only just dropped and evened out and it’s still changing shape now x

I’m 6 wpo with very similar stats to you, with teardrop dual plane unders and my right one is still very high up, and the top I can feel a slight bulge too. I’m hoping it drops and it’s just me being impatient especially as I’ve read different things about drop and fluff with teardrops. Are yours round implants?

My left took longer to drop… it took a good 8 weeks for them to even out.. don’t worry 🙂 it’s completely normal xx

Mine are the same! I had 350cc unders 12 weeks ago and mine are so uneven. My left boob is perfect! But my right is smaller and harder and not dropped.

I had my 6 week surgeon appointment at 9 weeks and my surgeon was so so dismissive of it. I was expecting him to confirm what I thought that my right boob was still stuck behind the muscle and it would drop in its own time. But I felt like he was really dismissive and he was was just like “you had asymmetry before”. But I definitely did not pay all this money to have 2 different sized boobs!! He said he’d see me again in April (cause he also wanted to check on my scars). I so so hope it’s sorted itself by then!

Hi Shannon,

Everybody says to be patient but that is hard… and I am telling this from my own experience. I am now 2.5 weeks post op and my left side is higher than the right one. Also shape is different. See photos attached. ( don’t mind wrinkles, that is from the support bra)

My stats :
165cm (5’5), 56kg (124lbs), 70B (32B)

I did dual plane(under the muscle) 360cc plus hybrid, that is fat transfer from my thighs , 40cc in each boob. So in total 400cc

Doctor told me to wait and also to keep wearing the band. It is so uncomfortable and I really feel restrained by it.

My next checkup is in 3 weeks, I will follow up. If anyone has advice or photos to share, I would be very grateful as I am a bit scared and I really need some positive vibes.

Hi Anna, how was the recovery with the fat transfer? My surgeon suggested it, but kinda scared it will painful after.

It’s takes 6-12 months for the implants to fully settle in place. I’m 4 weeks post op and my left is slightly higher but only I can see it, my husband can’t.
