left breast not dropping, anyone experiencing this ?

So I’m 15 days post opp I had 425cc implants over the muscle, I am right handed and my right breast has dropped significantly it has lost the round effect from the top and slopes almost compared to my left one 😔 I have also started to feel ripples on top of my right implant (can’t see them yet) has anyone else experienced this ? I almost feel as though my right pocket for my implant is just to big and that’s why it’s dropping so much compared to my left one and also doesn’t look as round looks more saggy
