Left incision still it fully closed-9 days post op

Hey, just seen the nurse for the second time, had my first post op on Tuesday and both incisions hadn’t closed fully so I had new dressings out on and asked to come back today. Just got back and my right one is fine, but the outer corner of my left one still isn’t fully closed, and I have to go back again on Tuesday. The nurse tried to reassure me, but I’m still worried about it. This happened to anyone else? x

Hi I was the same my right boob was open at one end day 15 it was closed after 3 more checks had a shower day 18, I was so scared but everything turned out fine xx

Just rember some people heal quick and others heal slower and end of the day its major op you have had and ur body has to concentrate on the repairs in and out x if the nurse was worried she would have said so. Im sure ur be fine x
