During my researching I’ve read on here a few times that people have had their surgery cancelled due to having some history of mental health.
I suffered from post natal depression 3 years ago and have had some bouts of circumstantial depression, and really don’t want this to affect me getting a BA..
Do you think it would be a good idea to get a letter from my GP before I go for my initial consultation so that I can pass it on to my PC??? Just to say that I’m fine mentally and to OK me for surgery..
Surely if I had a letter from GP I wouldn’t get refused surgery?
