Letter in discharge pack

Hi girls, did any of you get a letter for your GP in your discharge packs when leaving the hospital? I’ve got one and can’t fo the life of me remember whether I was supposed to give it to my GP or whether it was a copy of what was being sent by MYA to my GP x

Hi Danielle, it is a letter that you need to give to your GP. Think it just has info of what you’ve had done xx

I just checked my letter because of this… Didn’t realise it was for GP… No one told me that! Thanks ladies xx

@alexandra1992 I’m 18 weeks post op and still didn’t do it lol I can’t for the life of me remember what the nurse said about it but I’m going to hand it in to my GP tonight lol…oops! Lol x
