    Hi Ladies,

I have been offered 325 with an uplift after breastfeeding and on reflection, I want to ask for 350.

Iā€™m about a aa now, very flat, at my peak I was probably a c cup. I would be so grateful for advice and any pictures šŸ™ I really want to get some curves back but donā€™t want to tip over šŸ˜‚. Iā€™m 5.5 and 54kg, Iā€™m usually an 8.

Also any guidance on when Iā€™ll realistically be able to push a buggy and bath a 2.5 year old would be much appreciated, so I can plan childcare.

    Thanks x

Hi Iā€™m 10 weeks post op lift and 300cc HP under muscle implants and the first few days was VERY painful for me to the point I couldnā€™t even cry or talk normally as any chest movement going up and down was so so painful!
Week 1 I could hardly move from my bed or talk as my chest was so so tight and also had to have help to go to the toilet as I couldn’t even pull my trousers down! I also didnā€™t realise when sleeping upright, through out the night I might have slipped down and when trying to get my self up I was in agony and had to get help from family to sit me up.
Week 2 was easier but I couldnā€™t lift anything heavy or put my hands above my head especially as I was worried about ruining my scars!
Week 3 I went back to work (office job) but wasnā€™t allowed to drive but I started to drive at week 4.

I do also have a very low pain tolerance and Iā€™ve also seen a lot of girls say they was fine after surgery which is why I was so surprised at how much pain I was in but I would defiantly say 2 weeks minimum to have somebody at home with you and help with the kids.
Although the first 2 weeks was a struggle I am still so happy Iā€™ve had it done and would do it again!! Sorry to scare you but not body told me how much pain Iā€™d be in, Iā€™m also still wearing a breast band and sleeping slightly upright. I think pushing a buggy would be okay after 2 weeks but not pulling anything heavy. Hope this helps xx

I agree with the comment above. I did not expect to have so much pain as all I had seen online was girls saying they were fine after and didnā€™t need pain meds etc. I thought I had quite a tolerable pain threshold but was not expecting how limited or how much pain I would be in. I had breast uplift with 250cc in one breast and 350 in the other (one was larger than the other, thank two kids for that lol). I am only one week post op and still petrified about moving around and splitting my incisions open etc, but I feel SO much better after a week already. The first four days I was exhausted, Iā€™m so much pain, and just kept saying I donā€™t want them anymore I want them out lol, but Iā€™m 8 days post op and just had my first post op apt and feel a lot better, still havenā€™t seen my incision scars yet and am very scared at what my nipples are going to look like but fingers crossed it all healed well. I couldnā€™t go to the toilet without help pulling my oants down, I found it painful to breathe in and cough yawn sneeze etc, sleeping sat upright and couldnā€™t get up myself without help, and then sleeping upright exhausts you because you donā€™t get much sleep and I then found I was getting a numb bum, I really recommend them V pillows as they have made sleeping so much more comfortable. I havenā€™t started driving yet but after my second week post op apt im going to see if Iā€™m able to, as getting kids to and from school at the min is a nightmare without transport. You really do need someone with you for at least 2 weeks afterwards especially if you have a young child, my children are 7 and 11 and quite self sufficient so have been a lot of help for me with washing up, taking washing out machine for me, reaching things I canā€™t, letting dog out etc, and Iā€™ve relied a lot on ordering take aways or microwave meals as I canā€™t cook yet lol, so I really suggest having someone there for you, you donā€™t realise how much you use your chest muscles, even opening/closing doors, pushing down on the toilet flusher etc were all really painful for me in the first 4/5 days. Finally feeling a bit more human now and hoping itā€™s worth it once they heal properly xx
